Ms. Felicia is an expert in Early Childhood. Felicia has taught for over 25 years, and her expertise at Covenant over the last 20 years provides the highest quality of care. Felicia’s students thrive academically and socially. Felicia’s Child Development Certificate in 2014 and an associate degree in Early Childhood Multicultural Education in 2016 from CNM are tools to her being one of the best teachers in the state of New Mexico. Felicia has formed lasting bonds with parents and families. Felicia believes that routine and structure are essential in the classroom and give the children a sense of trust and security.
Felicia uses the Abeka curriculum as a tool to ensure the children’s success in learning and has a great testimony of accomplishment with each child in her classroom.
