Ms. Hallelujah has been a part of Covenant since she was six weeks old.  She has spent the last 6 years holding various roles within Covenant, beginning as a teacher’s assistant; she progressed through different positions, including receptionist, which has provided her with a deep understanding of Covenant, from its foundational core to its operational details. For the last 3 years, She has spent time in our Administration department, updating and enhancing systems critical to Covenant’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Hallelujah is always eager to advance her knowledge in all aspects of her life, especially her professional qualifications. She completed her Early Childhood Certificate at Central New Mexico Community College. Recently, she completed the National Administrative Credential course through the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA). This 40-hour course teaches about Administrative duties specific to childcare settings, furthering her knowledge and ability to contribute meaningfully to the Covenant Schools Leadership Team.

Hallelujah’s Passion for Connection led her to accomplish a Yoga Instructor Certification in 2019. Recognizing its potential to add value in many different aspects of her life, it can also complement and enrich the environment here at Covenant Schools. Hallelujah looks forward to Cultivating meaningful relationships and a strong sense of Community with staff and families.
